UNIT SEVEN (PROBLEM SOLVING)
Unit seven begins with questions to four people who try to do things by themselves, for saving money. For me it's kind of funny, because those little stories, remind me of us, I mean: Dominicans. A dominican person is the kind of person who thinks that can do everything by him or her self. (HANDYMAN). Sometimes it's true that people save money solving problem by theyself, but sometimes it isn't like that, because they can worsen things, and later have to look for a professional in that area, and have to pay more.
In this unit we learned about the grammar Causitive get and have. Some examples:
1-I get my stylist to cut my hair.
2-I was to busy this month, so I had my husband do the laundry.
3-I get my clothes ironed at the laundry.
4-He's having money earned honestly because he works.
The other grammar was; need +passive infinitive and need + verb + ing. Examples:
Her cellphone has been damaged, it needs to be fixed. Or
Her cellphone has been damaged, it needs fixing.
We learned this vocabulary:

Fall off:a decrease in something.
